This book is definitely my number one.
I’ve been learning about weight loss for quite a while already and thought that I knew everything I needed to know by now. Far from it though, because weight loss is so much more than knowing that you need to eat less.
And that’s what the book is all about. How can I keep my new eating habits in the long run and why haven’t I been successful until now. It covers all the relevant theory, but thanks to the combination with concrete tips and tricks, it never seems like too much. Normally, I’m not a passionate reader, but this book I devoured within two days. I guess that alone speaks for itself!
Right from the start, the chapters really hit the spot and showed me where my mistakes and weaknesses have been in previous attempts to lose weight and how to do it better this time, by actually transforming my weaknesses into strengths.
The step-by-step guide in the end is like a golden ticket to success. I closely followed every single step, which helped tremendously and kept me motivated. Staying motivated has become much easier actually.
Finally, I can only say that this book is a must-read for everyone who wants to lose weight successfully and especially for all those who, like myself, think that they know it all already. This book gives you everything you need for successful weight loss without having to torment yourself. I finally escaped the weight loss trap.
